To face to the recurrent problems of maintenance of knives in the IAA,
and in spite of all the efforts made in each firm, problems are
persisting...
In the position of manufacturer, we made the choice to involve ourselves
ever more with our customers, helping them with our own knowledge about
sharpening.
We offer 2 different training programmes :
- Sharpening training for people in charge of the knives maintenance,
- Sharpening training for people using the knives.
In both cases, it concerns actions of adaptation and growth of
competences in the concerned firm, and with the material in place.
Thoses training sessions contain a theoric part and a practical
part.
Our unique equipment, able to determinate with precision the cutting effort of
a knife, makes in sort we know exactly the points we have to insist
during the practise.
